This is usually the page in which companies tell you how great they are and why you should use their services. In our experience we have found that there is a huge gap between what the customer expects and the service level provided.
At i.fresh our thinking is different.
We spent time researching the market and talking to other strata owners. We used our experience in the strata management industry and our involvement as owners of strata titled properties and combined it with the latest technological products to create a style of management that we believe is unique and dynamic.
At i.fresh we know what it is like to be on the receiving end of bad service or feeling as though the service or services we were promised is not what we end up receiving. Too often customers find themselves feeling frustrated as the gap between the expected level of service and the actually level of service widens.
i.fresh is a dedicated strata and community title management company. We do not deal in Real Estate sales or Property Management leasing. We have no affiliation with any Real Estate or Property Development company. This allows You our customer the security of knowing there can be no conflict of interest issues when dealing with your strata scheme. We are an exclusive strata and community title management company which allows us to concentrate on what we know and do best. Our customers are our priority, not sales commissions.
The team at i.fresh has over 12 years experience in the strata and community title management industry and 5 years experience in the field of consultation in internal and financial systems. This gives us great benefits in terms of time management and efficient internal workflows. In other words we spend less time on paperwork and more time with our customers.
i.fresh are members of The Strata Titles Institute of Western Australia (STIWA) and have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
As owners of strata titled property in Western Australia we know first hand the frustrations and issues that many of our customers face. We appreciate the problems associated with increasing levies, lack of maintenance, housekeeping issues such as barking dogs and noisy neighbours. We even know the feeling of purchasing off the plan to find that what you thought you were buying was not exactly what you end up with.
For developers we know there is always the risk of expectation gaps appearing between yourselves and potential owners. We can help with management statements and organising the First Annual General Meeting to ensuring the strata scheme set-up is geared to minimising conflict and all new owners are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.

We are the first company in Western Australia to provide a new and simplified pricing structure that we believe will make it easier for You when budgeting and choosing a strata management company. We are also very excited to announce that i.fresh have partnered with Microsoft in developing a new strata and community title management financial system for deployment worldwide.
