At i.fresh strata and community title management we understand how important it is that every new development is setup correctly prior to the registration of the strata scheme. This will ensure the expectation gap between the developers and subsequent owners is small or non-existent, leading to obvious benefits for both. This can only be achievable if you put in place sound foundations at the very beginning of any development.
i.fresh strata and community title management want to make the process easy for everyone. To do this we will work closely with you to undertake the following:
- Prepare realistic budgets
- Assist with the drafting of the proposed by-laws for the scheme
- Obtain quotes for on-going services such as cleaning, gardening and lift maintenance
- Obtain insurance cover
Once the strata scheme has been registered i.fresh will undertake the following on your behalf:
- Set up a management file for the development, including the minute book
- Register the scheme for ABN and GST (if applicable)
- Prepare the agenda and hold the First Annual General Meeting
i.fresh strata and community title management will also prepare and issue section 43(c) certificates within 24 hours of the strata scheme being registered.
