At i.fresh we have created a product and pricing structure that is transparent and unique in the strata and community title industry. Our contracts are based on our experience working in the industry and as owners of strata titled property. We believe our contract options will allow you to easily determine which of our professional services best suit your scheme.

*Please note although we have tried to be as transparent and possible with our pricing there are some variables that will incur additional fees. These are:

  1. An insufficient quorum at any annual general meeting.
  2. If levies are more than 90 days in arrears at the beginning of our management.
  3. If there are more than 6 council meetings in any one year.
  4. An insufficient quorum at any extraordinary general meeting.
  5. Cost to prepare Section 43 (c) certificates is recouped from the requesting party. Therefore the cost to the strata company is zero.
  6. If archived records need to be kept offsite.
  7. A one off initial handover fee of $ 220.00 will apply to cover the initial data load on to i.fresh systems and website.
